In 2024, Dieter Gerdemann, partner at Kearney, co-founded BinaryCore, a methodology for digital transformation. BinaryCore helps companies rethink their operations and aims to make them fundamentally better suited for the artificial intelligence age. In this case, students will learn about the origins of BinaryCore; how it creates, delivers, and captures value at an organization; and discuss what strategies Kearney should consider to engage more clients in an increasing AI-dependent workplace.
