Executive MBA student Mira Khan faces a difficult decision: Should she leave her position at a company that has provided her with a myriad of career opportunities while it experiences organizational, cultural and financial setbacks? This case examines the company's culture as it unravels and asks students to consider what happens when a company's values devolve over time and whether one individual can impact meaningful change in a climate of company-wide mayhem.
