“Room at the Top” is a class simulation to demonstrate to students the potential ways to use power, negotiations and influence to “win” in work or personal situations where there are limited resources to attain limited desired outcomes. This simulation can be conducted in person or virtually through a teleconferencing platform such as Zoom.
